I am a San Francisco based illustrator and designer from China. I earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in illustration at California College of the Arts. I am currently pursuing a Master of Fine Arts degree at Savannah College of Art and Design.

 

I express my visual language through lines, shapes, and colors. Dance motions and music beats inspire my artwork. My art incorporates my life story, memories, and observations from my surroundings. Being hard-of-hearing sometimes causes difficulties for me in listening and communicating, but visual language is a way to express myself, overcome difficulties, and think optimistically. I believe that the most important factors for creating art are interest and passion.
